I'm really good at spirituality. And sales. And teaching. And intuition. And leadership. Each one on its own merits.

Those things alone aren't all that interesting to me.

My biggest gifts don't actually live in those silos. They live in the thing underneath all of them:

Finding the "real real" underneath the story someone is telling themselves.

You bring me what looks like a relationship problem, a business problem, a spiritual question, somebody's “block,” a decision you can't make, and something in me goes wait, that's not actually what's happening here.

Then I keep pulling the thread until we get to the thing under the thing.

You already know the deal from the homepage: I'm not your answer girl, your guru, or the one dropping wisdom bombs from on high.

Every wisdom drop worth having was already sourced from you. I just refuse to let you keep pretending you don't have access to it.

What that sounds like in practice

“Something feels off” becomes:

I'm participating in something that violates what I know to actually be true.

“I don't know why I'm frustrated” becomes:

I'm carrying responsibility for something that was never mine.

“This relationship isn't working” becomes:

We keep jumping into the same maze and taking the same turns. We are still stuck in the maze.

“This offer feels weird” becomes:

I'm pouring enormous energy and "added value stuff" in because I'm scared to charge what it's worth.

Invisible things, made visible enough to work with.

The story behind the way I see things

I grew up Catholic, which probably explains both my lifelong fascination with spirituality and my tendency to question the rules around it. I've spent years exploring the systems people use to understand themselves: religion, spirituality, Human Design, astrology, Gene Keys, energy work, channeling and everything in between.

Somewhere along the way, I realized the system isn't the point.

It is an instrument. What matters is what becomes super clear once you use it.

I didn't arrive here from a meditation cushion. I've spent years in business, education and leadership, built a career in the higher ed side of the corporate world, and learned just as much about people from boardrooms, university hallways and sales conversations as I have from spiritual practice.

I'm also a mom of three, which means I have a front-row seat to the daily experiment of trying to raise humans without accidentally teaching them to abandon themselves. My life is not a neat little case study in enlightenment. It's real life, and that's exactly why this work matters to me.

The channeling, the Human Design, the astrology, the Gene Keys: those are the instruments. This is the song. And if you come sit on my couch, I'm not going to tell you who you're supposed to be.

I'm going to help you see what you already know. You're going to find your favorite instrument, led by your intuition not mine. The cool part from there is, then we'll figure out what you're going to do with it.

The credentials, if you're into that.

I’m certified in Advanced Mediumship through Diane Richards, Sound Healing, Feng Shui, Access Bars, Meditation, and Akashic Records in the Quantum Field through Melissa Feick. I’m also an Usui Reiki Master. I’ve studied channeling, NLP, hypnosis, astrology, Human Design & Gene Keys.

I’ll never be done learning, so this list will always be a little out of date. I have a special affinity for trance channeling with a cool gal who calls herself Athene.

On the business side, I’ve been in higher education since 2010, launched this specific work in 2018, and have my MBA in leadership.

I pull from whatever tools are useful for the person in front of me. We might use one. We might use several. We might go completely off-script because I don't do well with scripts. They bypass your actual voice.
